xekytoe is an online learning platform focused on one specific skill: automating financial planning and budget management. We work with learners across different countries, time zones, and experience levels.
Where the platform came from
xekytoe started in 2022 from a straightforward observation: most people managing budgets were doing repetitive manual work that could be handled by simple automation - but they had no clear path to learning how.
The platform was built to close that gap. Not through recorded video libraries or passive reading, but through live sessions where learners can ask questions, share their actual spreadsheets, and work through real scenarios with an instructor.
We are based in Co. Kerry, Ireland, and our learners come from across Europe, North America, and beyond. Geography has never been a barrier to joining a session.

Adaptive learning paths
Each learner follows a path shaped by their pace, prior knowledge, and scheduling constraints. We do not push everyone through the same sequence.
Live instructor access
Group sessions and private lessons give learners direct contact with instructors who work in the field. Recorded content cannot replace a real conversation about your specific situation.
Practical budget tools
Sessions focus on real automation scenarios - spreadsheets, scripting, planning software. Theory stays minimal; working examples stay central.
